    By accessing this website and purchasing products from Café Matcha Supply, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

    Wholesale Accounts & Pricing

    Wholesale pricing is available only to registered businesses in the hospitality and food service industry. All prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with 14 days notice on website banner announcement; however, confirmed orders will be honoured at the purchased price.

    Payment Terms

    All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch unless a credit arrangement has been formally approved in writing or an account with credit terms has been agreed on by both parties.

    Product Use & Disclaimer

    Our products are intended for culinary and beverage use. While matcha is associated with various health benefits, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Customers should consult a professional regarding dietary changes.

    Intellectual Property

    All website content, including recipes, barista guides, and imagery, is the property of Café Matcha Supply and may not be used without written permission.

  • Carrier

    All orders are shipped via Australia Post (Standard or Express, as selected at checkout).

    Processing Times

    We operate with a "just in time" philosophy to ensure freshness. Most wholesale orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

    Shipping Rates

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer Australia-wide shipping to all states and territories.

    Delivery Responsibility

    Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by Australia Post, Café Matcha Supply is no longer responsible for the goods. Please ensure your delivery location is secure and accessible for a courier.

  • Perishable Goods

    As matcha is a perishable food product, we do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" once an order has been dispatched.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at enquire@cafematchasupply.com.au. Please provide clear photos of the packaging and product.

    Resolution

    Verified claims for damaged or incorrect goods will be resolved via a replacement shipment or a credit to your account at the discretion of Café Matcha Supply.
